The skin is the human body's largest organ and needs special treatment. A reason that affects the skin is sun exposure, lifestyle habits, diet, environmental factors. Here are some tips for skin care and face masks for healthy skin.

1)Drink a lot of water

Drinking at least 8 glasses a day will help rid the body and skin of toxins.

2)Always wear sunscreen

Sunscreen Protect's the skin from harmful ultraviolet rays and also from sunburn.

3)Don't smoke 

Smoking makes your skin look older and causes wrinkles.smoking also damages collagen and elastin

4)Manage stress

Uncontrolled stress triggers inflammation and acne breakouts so get enough sleep

Here are Some Face Masks for healthy and glowing skin:

Lemon & Tomato mask

1. Take one tomato and crush it into a puree.
2. Add two tables spoons of fresh lemon juice.
3. Mix it and apply on the face and leave it for 15-20 minutes and wash off with cold water.
This mask fade blemishes or lighten your skin tone. Regulate oily skin.

Turmeric(Haldi) & Aloe vera & Fuller's earth (Multani mitti)

1. Take 2 teaspoon of fuller's earth (Multani mitti), 1 teaspoon of aloe vera gel and a pinch of turmeric(Haldi)
2.Mix it well and make a smooth paste 
3. Apply on the face/neck and keep it for 20 minutes. 
4.wash off with cold water
Turmeric makes skin brighter, clear, flawless. Aloe vera smooth skin and helpful for rashes, burn and irritated skin.fuller's earth can absorb oil and other impurities of the skin. Aloe vera is reputed for its skin-soothing and moisturizing properties.

Cinnamon

1. Take one overripe banana and mix it with 2 tablespoons yogurt and a pinch of cinnamon
2.Apply this on face and neck 
3.wash off after it has dried completely.
Cinnamon(dalchini) has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Cinnamon helps you in removing dead skin cells and restoring skin softness. Hence it clears the skin

Mint and Multani mitti

Mint helps calm irritated skin and Multani Mitti sappes off your skin excess oil.

1. Take a bunch of washed mint leaves, grind to a paste.
 2. Take half a cup of Multani mitti and add the mint paste to it to form a thin (not too runny) paste. 
3. Apply on the face and neck area and wash when dry.

Using This mask can resolve your skin problem.
